EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin has given the EPA a new mission: Powering the Great American Comeback. This presentation will provide updates on efforts already undertaken to roll back regulations while also predicting the likely next steps as the Agency continues its efforts towards deregulation. Finally, the presentation will advise against hasty reactions to signaled or actual regulatory rollbacks by reviewing alternative means of enforcement, namely state regulatory agencies and citizen suits.
