Public Facility Rental

Have your next orientation, conference, off-site meeting at the MBA. A formal Board Room and four conference rooms are available, along with modern technology and concierge-level service.

Please note that due to COVID-19 safety precautions, the MBA facility is currently available for rental by appointment only with at least 24-hours advance notice given.

Rental Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Except Holidays)
After hours and weekend events by request only. If approved, an additional fee of $100 will apply.

When two or more rooms are reserved, two weeks notice is required for cancellation. 50% of total fee will be charged if cancelled less than a week before reservation. For all other reservations, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for less than 24 hour notice. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
