Cultivating positive mind states like gratitude, appreciation, and goodwill increases the production of both oxytocin and dopamine in our system, overriding the negativity bias and reducing stress. These neurochemicals also create stability in the pre-frontal cortex of the  brain, allowing us to pay attention longer, stay more motivated, and have more time to make decisions. This one-hour workshop includes education and guided practice.
