Social Security Disability: A practical program review for the elder law practitioner

In this two hour CLE, we will first cover the federal definition of disability, the two disability programs (SSDI and SSI) with explanation of their benefits, their benefits, limitations, and appearances in elder law practice. In the second half, we will cover ethics related to these social insurance programs and their beneficiaries.
