For a relatively short statute, WEPA has a big impact, and it is important for environmental attorneys to know about, particularly if a client is proposing an action that will require WDNR permits and also has a potential to impact the environment. This presentation gives you the basics of WEPA and its practical implementation, as well as the context, history, and case law that has developed over the last fifty years.
