A discussion of the statutory requirements of an "Adult at Risk" injunction and the role of a Guardian ad Litem.  The "nuts and bolts" of what to do and what to expect when appointed as GAL.

Probate Court officials will provide fact scenarios for small group discussions and lively talk back to main group.  This section will cover basic GAL scenarios and offer complicated issue-spotting examples that would challenge the most seasoned GALs.

Part III:  Preparing the Proof of Heirship and Responsibilities of the Guardian ad Litem for Unknown Heirs
