Presenter: Tina Langdok, Professional Yoga Therapist and Accredited Based Stress Reduction Teacher, Trillium Studio Neuropsychologist Rick Hanson defines wholeness as “accepting yourself more, just are you are, and ruminating less about worries and resentments”. In this guided meditation, we will explore the neuroscience of wholeness as well as experience the concept of acceptance through softening and surrender.
