When we feel into our Senses with Present Moment Awareness, we connect with ourselves and our environment more deeply.  The Senses Meditation encourages us to practice moving out of doing mode and into being mode as we open to a sense of wonder and curiosity to ourselves and our surroundings.  Tasting Mindfulness.
