Family Caselaw Update 

Presenter:  Barry Boline, Burbach & Stansbury S.C.

Barry Boline’s 2025 Family Law Caselaw update will dive into the citable cases that were handed down in 2025, and include cases from the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and maybe a joke or two.  Issues like overtrial, taxes, contempt, and child support and maintenance will be discussed.  If there is interest and time allows, some pending federal court family law issues will be highlighted.
