Chuck Kahn provides mediation, arbitration and special master/referee services on the Zoom platform, operating as A Neutral View, LLC.  

Chuck served as circuit court judge in Milwaukee County from 1992 to 2013.  He was a member of the Wisconsin Courts CCAP Steering Committee, and served as Chair of the Technology Committee for the Milwaukee County judges.  Chuck has taught technology to judges statewide and has been a presenter and committee member for the MBA Annual Law and Technology Conference.  

Prior to the bench Chuck was a trial lawyer in private practice for 14 years and a public defender before that.
