Marital Property Issues in Contested Trust Matters

This presentation will focus on the intersection of marital property law and fiduciary litigation with a focused overview of Wisconsin’s duty of good faith between spouses and its role in contested trust and estate matters. Topics will include remedies and procedural pathways under Wis. Stat. § 766.70, including actions to unwind wrongful gifts, reclassification and retitling tools, and time-bar traps that can make or break recovery.
