Bankruptcy Judges' Roundtable:  Cold Cuts and Hot Topics

The Eastern District’s bankruptcy judges (Halfenger, Perhach, and Blise) will discuss matters of likely interest to the District’s bankruptcy bar, including matters of local practice and case law developments in commercial and consumer bankruptcies. The bar is invited to propose substantive or procedural topics that they believe merit consideration at the event by sending an explanatory email to Section Chair Jessica Haskell at [email protected] by no later than April 21, 2025.
