Presenters:  Svetlana Gitman, Vice President. and Nerissa Diaz Moisan, Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services for the Commercial Division,
                      American Arbitration Association

Many clients include arbitration clauses in their contracts because arbitration is meant to be faster and cheaper than litigation. Representatives from the American Arbitration Association will join us to discuss how arbitration is a better option for dispute resolution, especially amidst court backlogs. Our presenters will debunk common myths about arbitration, highlight recent revisions to AAA rules, and provide best practices for drafting effective clauses as well as representing clients in arbitration.
