The wonderful trainers from FitPro MKE will lead a yoga class from 5:00 - 6:00 pm and will be on hand immediately following class for a health and wellness reception. This free class is appropriate for all fitness levels, whether this is your first time ever trying yoga or if you are a seasoned pro!
