Clients, opposing parties, and, yes, lawyers lie. Yes, even you (about as often as you brush your teeth, according to some studies). This program will focus on lawyers’ ethical obligations to search for, promote, and tell the truth, and will discuss why people lie, what to do about it, and when it might even be OK to do so.
