Mindfulness for Lawyers - Discover the Benefits

In this one hour workshop, Accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher and Yoga Therapist, Tina Langdok, will introduce the basic tenets of Mindfulness and explain how cultivating presence can reduce stress and put us in the driver’s seat of our lives.

Participants will learn how Neuroscience supports Mindfulness as a way of increasing our ability to respond to life challenges, instead of reacting habitually or getting carried away on AutoPilot.
